At 16:35 on Sunday, 2 July, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Craven Arms.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Craven Arms. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was a false alarm caused by cooking left on hob
