At 02:56 on Monday, 22 January, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Smell Of Burning in Minsterley.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Minsterley and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Alarm raised by smell of burning coming from fuse box. Crews investigated using thermal imaging camera.
