At 13:19 on Tuesday, 15 May, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Wellington.

Quantity of wood and undergrowth alight. Due to difficult access crews extinguished using 1 hose reel jet from Incident Support Unit.
