At 10:44 on Sunday, 8 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

1 fire appliance was mobilised.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Knapsacks

Crews have dealt with an embankment fire near the Severn Valley Railway - knapsack and beaters used for damping down.
