At 20:32 on Monday, 23 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Shrewsbury.

4 fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Fire involving 1 car and approximately 20m of grass and undergrowth.
