At 19:01 on Tuesday, 31 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Ludlow.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

Small dog rescued from concrete culvert using 9M ladder.
