At 18:10 on Sunday, 5 April, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tree Fire in Shawbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Hodnet.

This was a controlled burn which spread to trees and fence. One hose reel jet in use to extinguish.
