At 21:55 on Wednesday, 24 February, 2021, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in The Shrewsbury Club, Sundorne Road, Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Call to smoke from roof of building, which was found to be a false alarm caused by steam from biomass system.
