Reports of a carbon monoxide alarm sounding caused by a gas leak from a rayburn oven. Crews ventilated using positive pressure ventilation to clear the fumes.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

This was a cooker fire due to food being left in oven. Crews used 2 Breathing apparatus 1 hose reel jet and positive pressure fan to extinguish the fire.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Quantity of waste material and rubbish alight in the open. Crews have used Positive Pressure Ventilation (PPV) to clear some of the smoke from the area. Two breathing apparatus also in use due to large quantity of smoke.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police and a utility company.

This incident involved a small fire in the first floor of a terraced property. Four breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, one covering jet and one positive pressure fan used to extinguish fire.

This incident involved an extraction unit on fire. Crews extinguished using 1 covering jet and 1 hose reel jet, breathing apparatus and used PPV to ventilate the premises.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Fire in bedroom extinguished with 2 hose reel jets and 4 breathing apparatus sets. Five persons were rescued by fire service of which two were taken to hospital
