Please can you provide me with the following information:
Do you have any former Fire Service Control Staff that have transferred out of Control in the last 20 years into Grey Book roles higher than Watch Manager?
Do they have or maintain an operational competency either with Control or for operational incidents?
Are they paid in accordance with the NJC agreed Firefighter Roles pay scale or Control Specific Roles pay scale?

Do they have or maintain an operational competency either with Control or for operational incidents? Yes, Fire Control staff who have been seconded/promoted from the department are required to do a minimum of one shift per month to maintain their competency in role.
Are they paid in accordance with the NJC agreed Firefighter Roles pay scale or Control Specific Roles pay scale? Yes NJC Control rates
