Type Fire In OpenDetails Fire involving an area of trees and undergrowth on the Wrekin measuring approximately 20 meters by 15 meters. Crews have extinguished the fire using hose reel jets and main jets supplied by water from the water bowser. Assistance provided by local farmer and landowners. Fire service drone used to assess affected areas and thermal imaging cameras used to monitor temperatures. West Midlands Search and Rescue team alongside Telford & Wrekin Council have been in attendance to alert the public to hazards. |
