This report, attached marked 14, presents the draft Articles of Association, for Shropshire Fire Risk Management Services Ltd.  As the sole Shareholder for the Company, the Fire Authority is asked to consider and, if appropriate, approve these Articles.

Members are asked to consider a resolution under section 110A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information, as defined by the provisions of Part I of Schedule 12(A) to the Act, by virtue of Paragraph 3.

This report, attached marked 3, seeks a decision from the Fire Authority on the future of Shropshire Fire Risk Management Services Ltd. following the resignation of the Technical Sales Manager and the potential impact this could have on the Company's performance into the future.
