06 His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services Cause of Concern Recommendations
The Committee will review progress against His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services Cause of Concern Recommendations using the live data captured on the Cause of Concern Planner. The Committee will
  1. advise Officers on the report format that should be used going forward; and
  2. identify, for inclusion on the Committee Work Plan, areas that it wishes to scrutinise in greater detail at future meetings
07 His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services Areas for Improvement Recommendations
The Committee will review progress against His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services Areas for Improvement Recommendations using the live data captured on the Areas for Improvement Planner. The Committee will
  1. advise Officers on the report format that should be used going forward; and
  2. identify, for inclusion on the Committee Work Plan, areas that it wishes to scrutinise in greater detail at future meetings
 
08 External Audit Recommendations from 2024/25 Audit Findings Report
The Committee will review progress against the External Audit 2024/25 Recommendations using the live data captured on the External Audit Planner. The Committee will
  1. advise Officers on the report format that should be used going forward; and
  2. identify, for inclusion on the Committee Work Plan, areas that it wishes to scrutinise in greater detail at future meetings
09 Corporate Performance Indicators
The Committee will review the Corporate Performance Indicators dashboard. The Committee will
  1. advise Officers on the report format that should be used going forward; and
  2. identify, for inclusion on the Committee Work Plan, areas that it wishes to scrutinise in greater detail at future meetings
10 Communications Action Plan Update
This report, attached marked 10, outlines the progress that has been made by the Communications Team against the Year 1 Action Plan set out in the Communication Strategy 2025-28 and the performance of communications in the last quarter (Jan- March 2026)

11 Committee Work Plan
The Committee will develop and agree it’s Work Plan for future meetings incorporating any areas for scrutiny identified during the meeting and potential areas for scrutiny suggested by Officers.
