At 08:01 on Tuesday, 14 May, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Telford.

3 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform were mobilised from Telford and Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews assisted West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service.
