At 09:54 on Tuesday, 16 August, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Coalport.
3 fire appliances including the Heavy Pumping Unit and the Water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Craven Arms and Telford Central. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Fire involving large quantity of stacked wood in open - fire spread to metal clad barn. Three hose reel jets and 1 jet in use.

At 23:50 on Wednesday, 29 June, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Craven Arms.
5 fire appliances including the Water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Craven Arms and Ludlow. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Main jet
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.
1 steel framed barn approximately 15 x 15 metres storing 5 round bales of straw on fire. 2 hose reel jets and 1 main jet used to extinguish. Crews now turning over and damping down.

5 fire appliances including the Light Pumping Unit and the Water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Church Stretton, Clun and Craven Arms. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Hosereel jet
- Main jet
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.
Fire involving barn 9m x 4m containing 3 Caravans and a quantity of timber. 3 Hose reel Jets 1 Main Jet 4 Breathing Apparatus in use

8 fire appliances including the Water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Church Stretton, Clun, Craven Arms, Ludlow and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Hosereel jet
- Main jet
Barn fire containing approximately 50 tonnes of hay alight, electric to the barn has been isolated, crews are using four main jets, supplemented from hydrant and water bowser, and one hose reel jet 00:25 Two main jets now in use preventing spread of fire to adjacent farm buildings using defensive fireifghting

One stone barn of approximately 300 square metres, approximately 25% involved in fire. Cordon in place for safety due to the potentially unsafe structural integrity of the building and presence of small amount of agricultural chemicals.
