The entry fee for the tournament will be £10 per person. Such fee will give entry to any and all of the competitions held. However competitors must enter for each individual event for which he/she wished to be included. All competitors must take part in the singles competition.
The entrants shall be divided into groups of not less than four. They shall then play each other on a league basis. The winner to go into the Men’s Singles draw Group A with sufficient of the highest runners up to form 16 in Group A. The players finishing in second, third and fourth etc., will go into Consolation Singles Group B. Both groups will then play off in a conventional knockout competition.

The veterans tournament may be entered by any player who is 40 years old or over on the day of the tournament.
Ladies may enter for any of the competitions.
Time of start will be 10:30 hours, although the Centre will be open from 10:00 hours for practice.
Team alterations can be accepted up to that time.
Competitors not in attendance by 10:30 hours will be deemed to have forfeited the opportunity to play and their opponents will receive a bye for that game, subject to the competitions committee.
All entries shall be made on the correct form and forwarded through your Brigade representative; this should ensure the necessary finances being received en-bloc.
Cancellation of entries received in the seven days prior to the tournament will not call for a refund of fees already paid.
All entries must be with the Secretary no later than Wednesday 23rd March 2011. No entries can be received after this date, as this will not allow sufficient time for the draw to be made.
Players coming without partners for any of the doubles tornaments shall advise the secretary if they wish to be partnered. In most cases a partner will be found subject to that partner being selected by a draw.
