The Rainbow Film Festival will be celebrating its sixth year this October at the Old Market Hall cinema, Shrewsbury.
Open to everyone, this year’s festival takes place over a weekend. If you’re out of town, pack your toothbrush, book your hotel and come to Shrewsbury.
From the comfort of your cinema seat, travel from Peru, via the USA, UK and France, to Belarus and witness our experiences in different parts of the world.
You are invited to take part in discussions and meet Sergey Yenin, a courageous young campaigner from Belarus and the production team of Jan’s Coming Out and Jan herself!.
In between films enjoy the cinema’s stylish cafe bar and experience what Shrewsbury has to offer.
Experience comedy, documentaries and films that entertain, whilst exploring gender, different cultures and the courage to confront prejudice and oppression; a celebration of our lives, hopes, struggles and dreams.
