Women’s Firefighting Taster Day

Event Description

Firefighters do NOT need to be large, burly, macho, super-strong – or male!

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service actively encourages and supports women to join us as part-time paid firefighters.

It’s good pay, lots of public recognition, and close to home.

Come along to our Taster Day if you live or work within 5 minutes of your local fire station.
