Would it be possible to find out how many open fires Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service were called out to in July and how this compares to July last year please?

Please find below our response, my apologies again for the slight delay responding.

In July 2026, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service attended 176 fires in the open, compared with 114 in July 2025. This was an increase of 62 incidents.
