RTC involving 1 saloon vehicle that has hit the central reservation at Marker Post 30/5, between Junction 5 to Junction 6 on the westbound carriageway. No one was trapped in the vehicle and Fire Service Personnel have made the scene safe with the assistance of the Highways Agency.
