19 Community Risk Management Plan

21 Memorandum of Understanding for Special Observer Role
This report, attached marked 15, presents for formal approval and adoption a proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Shropshire and Wrekin Fire and Rescue Authority and the recognised Employee Representative Bodies (ERBs), namely the Fire Brigades Union (FBU), Fire and Rescue Services Association (FRSA), Fire Leaders Association (FLA) and UNISON.

22 Exclusion of Press and Public
Members have a discretion to exclude the press and public from meetings of the Fire Authority in defined circumstances.  In view of the nature of business to be transacted, it is recommended that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, having been satisfied in all the circumstances of the case that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing this information, that Members formally resolve that the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.

23 Review and Evaluation of Service Level Agreement for Monitoring Officer Services (Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3)
This report, attached marked 17, is provided to evidence evaluation of the revised Monitoring Officer Service Level Agreement (SLA) at Appendix A to the report.  It aims to provide a review of the current working arrangements and to identify benefits and any further areas for consideration.
