5 fire appliances including the Incident Command Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock, Telford Central, Tweedale and Wellington. Operations and Safety officers were in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Hosereel jet
- Main jet
Car fire that has spread to property. Crews using breathing apparatus, hose reel jets and main jets to extinguish the fire.

6 fire appliances including the Aerial Ladder Platform, the Incident Command Unit, the Incident Support Unit and the Welfare Unit were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton, Newport, Prees and Whitchurch. Operations and Safety officers were in attendance.
Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:
- 13.5m ladder
- Breathing Apparatus (BA)
- Electric Saws/Cutters
- Hosereel jet
- Main jet
- Small gear
- Thermal imaging camera
Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

This incident was a false alarm, it was confirmed by police that no persons had entered the river
