About our Contract Register
This page provides a list of the contracts currently held by Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service.
The register supports transparency and accountability by showing who we contract with, what we are buying, and when contracts are due to expire or be reviewed.
It also helps suppliers understand our current agreements and identify future opportunities.
The Contract Register is used to:
- Support forward planning of procurements
- Ensure compliance with Contract Standing Orders and procurement legislation
- Monitor contract performance and expiry dates
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and value for money
Update frequency
This register is reviewed and updated on a regular basis by the Procurement team.
Departments are responsible for ensuring their contract information is accurate and up to date.
What’s included
The register includes contracts above a defined value threshold and those considered operationally significant.
Some low-value or ad hoc purchases may not be included.
Data note
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, some information (such as contract values or extension options) may change over time.
For the most up-to-date information, please contact the relevant department.
Internal staff reminder
If you are responsible for a contract, please ensure your entries are correct and notify Procurement of any changes.
