These General Terms and Conditions set out the standard contractual requirements that apply when Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) purchases goods, services, or works. When these terms apply
These terms apply to all purchase orders issued by SFRS unless they are replaced or superseded by a formal signed contract, framework agreement, or specific tender terms. By accepting a purchase order from SFRS, suppliers confirm their agreement to these terms and conditions.

Where more than one set of contractual documents exists, the following order applies:
